Message anymore when it comes to the engine... I've talked with people that have done pretty much everything on the car, short of touching the engine... like they pulled the trans, swapped the clutch, installed the radiator, instaled a boost controller, etc... you name it... but when it comes to the engine, most peoples expressions are "wtf!?!" especially when they go looking for something... the expressions are even better when you can easily show them where something is through all the wires, hoses, connections, tubes, etc... like say the wastegate actuator, or the vacuum lines for the boost jets, etc...

These cars are definitely a lot easier to work on once you've done it the first time... I can't remember how many swear words I recited trying to get a starter off my TT for the first time... that top bolt is rediculous to find with the stock precats on and having never removed it before... especially if you don't have stubby box wrenches! Now I can take it off by touch and memory... don't even need to see the thing anymore... but god bless DPs for making the starter easier to remove/install! =)
